Why should I send my patients, clients and referral sources a monthly newsletter?
A monthly newsletter allows you to:
- Educate everyone on your contact list, which brands your agency has a health care resource.
- Market your services on a frequent basis, for continuous top of mind awareness of your agency.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and "staying power."
Can I customize it?
Yes, your name and logo will be featured on the front and back page. In addition, there is a column of space (front page of Health and Home and back page of Hospice Passages where you may insert your own information if you wish, such as patient testimonials, services, employee/patient/referral source spotlights, mission statements, or any other information you want publicized to your community.
What articles are in the newsletters?
In addition to a disease management article, our Home and Health newsletters feature recipes, food spotlights, product or resource features, brainteasers, and, other health-related articles of interest to seniors and the medical community.
Our Hospice Passages newsletters include a wide variety of hospice-related articles including advice on preparing advance directives, tips for caregivers, features that deal with the dying process, and current medical studies and findings.
What does the ordering process involve?
It's really easy.
- Simply fill in your contact information and upload your logo.
- Modify text in the agency-specific block (if you so choose).
- Preview the newsletter and choose your printing option. (You can download a PDF and print and distribute on your own, or choose our printing service option, where we can print and mail for you.)
Where can I view my previously created newsletters?
Previously personalized newsletters can be found in the "My Newsletters" section located under your "My Account" tab.
How long will it take to download my newsletter once it's been finalized?
The download speed may vary depending on your Internet connection speed. Typically with a high-speed Internet connection it should take 3-5 minutes.
Can I edit a previously locked newsletter?
Yes, however this feature is only available to correct an obvious error. At anytime during the creation process you can go back a step and edit information. Once the newsletter has been finalized and added to your "My Newsletters" section, it is locked and you can no make edits. To request an unlock, please contact customer support at 1-866-232-6477.
Can Home Care Newsletters print my newsletters and ship them to me?
Yes. Go to "My Newsletters" and choose the newsletter you would like us to print and click "Place an order". To have us print and ship it for you, select Option 2.
Can Home Care Newsletters use my mailing list and mail my newsletter for me?
Yes. Go to "My Newsletters" and choose the newsletter you would like us to print and click "Place an order". To have us print and ship it to your mailing list, select Option 3.
Can Home Care Newsletters provide mailing lists that can be used to distribute my newsletter?
Yes. Go to "My Newsletters" and choose the newsletter you would like us to print and click "Place an order". To have us provide you a mailing list, print and ship your newsletters, please select Option 4.
Can I purchase additional credits to create multiple personalized newsletters for each of our offices?
Yes. To purchase additional credits, click on the "Credits" link located above the main navigation bar or select the "Buy More Credits" button.
